Terms of Service

By accessing or using LLMProGen, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our Service. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter contracts, and will comply with all applicable laws.

LLMProGen provides a web-based tool that converts website content into structured text files optimized for large language models. This includes URL-to-text conversion, structured content extraction, file generation and download, user account management, and API access for eligible plans.

You are responsible for maintaining account security, all activities under your account, and notifying us of unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, remain inactive for 12+ months, or engage in fraudulent activity.

Permitted: Converting publicly accessible web content, extracting for legitimate research or AI training, archiving web content, API integration.

Prohibited: Violating laws, infringing IP rights, circumventing security, processing harmful content, overloading systems, reverse engineering, creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits, or violating source website terms.

All aspects of the Service (design, code, branding) are our property. You retain rights to URLs you submit and generated text files. We do not claim ownership of original or generated content.

Free tier includes limited daily generations. Paid plans offer increased usage, advanced features, and priority support. Subscriptions auto-renew and can be canceled anytime. Refunds are available for service failures, billing errors, or as required by law within 30 days.

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted operation. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months preceding a claim, or $100 if no payments were made.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LLMProGen from claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or breach of applicable laws.

Disputes should first be attempted through informal resolution at support@llmprogen.com. For US users, unresolved disputes go to binding arbitration on an individual basis. You may opt out within 30 days of account creation.

We may modify features, pricing, or functionality with 30 days' notice for material changes. You may terminate your account anytime. We may suspend access for Terms violations or inactivity.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement. Unenforceable provisions do not affect the rest. Failure to enforce a right does not waive it. You may not assign these Terms; we may in connection with mergers or sales.
